Our driver was polite and experienced, navigating the mountain roads with confidence. Hotels were decent considering the remote locations, and the itinerary was followed as promised. There were a few challenges along the way limited food options in some areas but the team handled them professionally. Overall, Rise and Go Holidays delivered a memorable and spiritually fulfilling Yatra. I’d recommend them to anyone planning their Char Dham pilgrimage, especially first-time travelers who value organization and safety.

o temple darshan — very professionally. Our journey started from Haridwar, and the driver was courteous, experienced, and knew all the routes well. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, which made the long mountain drive enjoyable. The hotels arranged by Rise & Go Holidays were decent and conveniently located near the temple area, with hot water and simple vegetarian meals available. At Badrinath, they helped us with smooth darshan arrangements, saving us a lot of time in queues. The local guide provided by the team also shared interesting stories and the spiritual significance of the temple and nearby places like Tapt Kund and Mana Village. Overall, the trip was well-organized, safe, and peaceful. I really appreciated their quick responses and attention to detail throughout the journey. Highly recommend Rise & Go Holidays for anyone planning a Char Dham or Badrinath pilgrimage — they made our spiritual journey comfortable and hassle-free. 

However, the food quality in the DLS group of hotels was quite disappointing. The breakfast options were below average and could use significant improvement. It would be helpful if the agency could ensure better hotel selections in the future—especially those that also provide proper meals and resting facilities for drivers, as this contributes to a smoother travel experience for all. Despite these issues, the overall coordination by the agency was satisfactory, and we still managed to enjoy our trip.

is tour, booked through Travel Triangle portal, was managed very well by tour manager Shreya ji from booking till completion of the trip. Shreya ji's words, behavior and management are praised everywhere. Our journey started from Bareilly Railway Station on 08 June 2025 and ended on 13 June 2025 at the same railway station with bittersweet memories. Back to Holidays Company had made arrangements for stay on first and second night in the name of Nainital at Hotel Polomax situated at a place called Bhujiaghat, 24 kms before Nainital (just 8 kms towards Nainital from Kathgodam Railway Station). Hotel Polomax was very good and its breakfast and dinner were very tasty, however, due to the distance of 24 kms from Nainital, the time for night visit was not utilized properly at all. The tour package company had booked Durgesh Resort in Ranikhet for the third and fourth night's stay. Here I would like to harshly criticize Back to Holidays that a group of 15 people ranging from children to elderly had to climb a total of 86 to 100+ hill stairs to reach the room at Durgesh Resort which was quite painful. Back 2 holidays booked very low class and unhygienic room. No other property adjecent to this. durgesh resort is suitable only for youngsters . Food quality was fine here. Manoj Bhaiya was managing all three of our cabs. The drivers of all the three cabs were very good natured. Apart from the tour package, they also took us to see Nainital's local deity Golu Devta at their own expense. My senior citizen father fractured his leg after slipping while visiting the golf course ground in Ranikhet. Manoj Bhaiya and his colleagues helped him a lot in his first aid and in finding a room for him away from Durgesh Resort. We are all very grateful to them for this. Tour covered maximum visiting points as per booking. I would like to give Back to Holidays company a rating of 2.5 stars for this trip but due to unavailability I am forced to give it 3 stars.
